Use this Zero Waste Box to recycle hard hats/helmets.
Please remove the strap from your hard hat and place it into the box along with your hard hat.
Please choose the size box you’d like to purchase. When you receive your box fill it with the appropriate waste streams. Once full ship your box back to TerraCycle using the pre-paid shipping label which is already affixed to your box. When we receive your box, we’ll safely recycle all of the collected materials.
Do not send in any other types of waste.

What can I put in this box?
You can put the following items in the Hard Hats Zero Waste Box: safety helmets, safety bump caps, and hard hats.
You cannot put chin straps, any other garments, medical waste, other protective equipment, and other protective gear.
How do I prepare and send back my box?
Fill the box with your hard hat recyclables, seal it securely, then drop it off at any Australia Post outlet using the prepaid label already stuck to the box.
What sizes are available and how much do they cost?
Choose from Small, Medium or Clear box options on this page. Prices shown are exclusive of GST and will be added at checkout.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes—due to Australia Post guidelines, the combined weight of the box plus contents must not exceed 20 kg.
