Once full ship your box back to TerraCycle using the pre-paid shipping label which is already affixed to your box. When we receive your box, we’ll safely recycle all of the collected materials.
This box does not accept electronics, packaging content and hazardous materials.

What’s included with the Personal Care Accessories Recycling Box?
You receive one Zero Waste Box pre-affixed with a prepaid Australia Post return label, plus full processing and recycling of the personal care accessory products.
What can I put in this box?
You can put the following items in the Personal Care Accessories Zero Waste Box: empty ointment packaging, empty shampoo and conditioner bottles, gel packaging, hair dye packaging, insoles or inserts, non-electronic hair care and styling tools, non-pressurised hair spray bottles, pedicure kits, and synthetic hair extensions and wigs.
You cannot put any contents of packaging, electronic items (e.g., blow dryers), empty perfume bottles, hazardous waste, nail polish and nail polish remover, plant-based or biodegradable plastics (e.g., PLA), sheet masks (face or hands and feet), and wood or bamboo products.
How do I prepare and send back my box?
Fill the box with your personal care accessory recyclables, seal it securely, then drop it off at any Australia Post outlet using the prepaid label already stuck to the box.
What sizes are available and how much do they cost?
Choose from Small, Medium or Clear box options on this page. Prices shown are exclusive of GST and will be added at checkout.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes—due to Australia Post guidelines, the combined weight of the box plus contents must not exceed 20 kg.
