Please send us used shoes and footwear, athletic shoes, sneakers, sandals, or boots made of thermoplastic polymers.
Please choose the size box you’d like to purchase. When you receive your box, fill it with the appropriate waste streams. Once full, ship your box back to TerraCycle using the pre-paid shipping label which is already affixed to your box. When we receive your box, we’ll safely recycle all of the collected materials.
Do not send in skates, ski boots, shoelaces, socks, leather, wood, bamboo, biodegradable, heavily soiled, and hazardous materials.

You cannot put hazardous waste in line skates, leather shoes or shoes containing leather, shoelaces, ski boots, or socks.
How do I prepare and send back my box?
Fill the box with your shoe and footwear recyclables, seal it securely, then drop it off at any Australia Post outlet using the prepaid label already stuck to the box.

Is there a weight limit?
Yes—due to Australia Post guidelines, the combined weight of the box plus contents must not exceed 20 kg.
